Vacant position as Service Coordinator

Main responsibilities

  • Offer and order handling for service assignments

  • Keep track of service and warranty jobs

  • Answer technical customer inquiries by phone and e-mail

  • Contact with shipping company, shipyards, ships etc.

  • Management and coordination of service personnel

  • Responsibility for resource planning and allocation

  • Further develop and streamline procedures for the department in collaboration with management

  • Various administrative tasks

Qualifications & abilities

  • Technical background

  • Good computer knowledge

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Ability to efficient information management
