Delivery number six in a series of vessels

Aqua Service is now in full operation on the Spanish solar coast of the multinational aquaculture group, Aquaship AS (Johnson Marine Ltd).

Aquaship is the result of a merger between GripShip AS and Johnson Marine Ltd, with a subsequent acquisition of Artic Shipping AS. They own and operate vessels in all four main areas for maritime aquatic services: live fish carriers, process vessels, fish farming vessels and ocean harvesting. For many years, the shipping company has been a loyal customer, of which as many as ten ships in their fleet employ propulsion plants from Finnøy Gear & Propeller.

The 24 meter long service vessel, Aqua Service, as depicted consist of all-Norwegian design and is the sixth delivery in a series of vessels. The propulsion solution is adapted to local conditions and the tasks to be performed, and consists of propeller type P50.17.190.4D, gear type G42FK and Finnøys fifth generation remote control system.
